Since having to eat strictly gluten free, I find enjoyment in finding special places like Biscuit Daddies that not only understands things like cross-contamination, but offers a one to one option for their entire menu to include gluten free guests. They offer breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, and even a biscuit that tastes almost exactly like a cinnamon roll! Even if you aren't gluten free I'd still highly recommend dining at Biscuit Daddies.
